Try this easy flavourful recipe for any weeknight chicken dinner – ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs oil
- 3kg chicken thighs, roughly chopped
- 2 x 500g jars satay sauce
- 250g crunchy peanut butter
- 3 Tbs tomato paste
- Serves with rice and chopped peanuts
Method
- Press BROWN/SEAR function on the Crock-Pot® Express Pressure Multicooker, adjust time to 15 minutes, press START/STOP. Pre-heat, add oil and cook chicken in batches until golden.
- Add satay sauce, peanut butter and tomato paste. Secure the lid ensuring the steam release valve is in the seal (closed) position. Press POULTRY adjusting time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP.
- Once the Crock-Pot® Express Pressure Multicooker has finished cooking, allow for a natural pressure release time of 5 minutes. Carefully release any pressure left inside before opening the lid.
- Serve with rice and chopped peanuts.
