Ingredients

4 beef short ribs
1 cup good quality barbecue sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon smoky paprika
30g butter
Mashed potato, to serve
Finely chopped parsley, to garnish

Method

  1. Pour barbecue sauce into Crock-Pot®and add garlic and paprika. Whisk to combine and add beef ribs. Turn to coat in sauce, and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours.
  2. When cook time has elapsed, gently remove beef ribs from the Crock-Pot® and serve on mashed potato. Drizzle with sauce from the Crock-Pot® and scatter over finely chopped parsley.
